108 employees begin strike in TS

After the RTC laborers, it is the turn of “108” emergency vehicle administration staff of Telangana to go on strike. The 16,500-odd workers working with the “108” governments in the state have been requesting better wages and working conditions following long and they served a notification on the GVK-EMRI administration 20 days prior debilitating to go on strike from Thursday if their requests are not met.

President of Telangana 108 Employees Association Mahender said the workers were expecting a call for talks from the administration on Thursday. He said that Chairman of Telangana Political JAC Prof Kodandaram will join in chats for the benefit of the “108” government representatives.
