AP needs to fabricate a few structures all alone, in the Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) mode and other through the Public Private Partnership (PPP) framework.

Main building in the capital city are the Assembly, Raj Bhavan, the High Court and the Secretariat; these structures will be built by the state all alone.

The Raj Bhavan will cost Rs 390 crore, the Assembly and Secretariat structures Rs 2010 crore and the HC Rs 1,150 crore. The BOT framework will utilized for development of Guest houses, sewerage framework, streets and others while the PPP mode will utilized for development of government office structures like directorates, Minister’s quarters and others will be built in the PPP mode. Strictly when the Singapore government presents its end-all strategy in May and getting stores from the Center, the development of the capital city will begin.
