AR Rahman’s ‘Jai Ho’ screened at White House

‘Jai Ho’, a documentary based on music maestro AR Rahman’s life, was screened at the White House.

The film, directed by Umesh Aggarwal, follows the voyage of the Oscar and Grammy winning music writer’s expert and individual life. It investigates the development of his style of music-a combination of Eastern sensibilities and Western innovation. “On the way to the White House for a screening of ‘Jai Ho’,” Rahman, 48, posted on twitter.


The musical performer likewise performed at a show in Wolftrap, a performing expressions focus situated in Vienna, close Washington.

“Dear fans and music lovers from DC — Together we have set a new record in the history of Wolftrap, Vienna with our concert being the highest grosser ever!” Rahman wrote on Facebook.
