Court notices to Telangana, AP on flexis, Statues

The Division Bench of Hyderabad High Court containing Chief Justice Kalyanjyothi Sen Gupta and Justice P.V. Sanjay Kumar on Monday asked the government from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh to act all the more conclusively to evacuate the unlawful fexis, banners and statues out in the open spots.

The Bench was managing a case recorded looking for evacuation of statutes in Mukthinuthalapadu and Gudimillapadu in Prakasam region.


The Bench asked both the government to make ventures to get ready move arrangement for evacuation of such illicit statues and flexis.

In the wake of passing these requests in December 2014, the administrations had recorded reports. The seat on Monday said that even as of late it recognized spurt of flexis which are clearly not allowed.

The seat deferred the case by two weeks for the legislatures to report back to the court.
