Event Logistics:
Meet & Greet – 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Tea and Snacks are served during Meet & Greet only)

Pizza for Kids – 4:00:00 PM 5:00 PM (Please note – Pizza for kids will be served during Meet & Greet & again at Dinner 8.45pm only.)

Dinner – 8:45:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Food and Drinks will be served as per the posted schedule. Due to the restrictions of the facility we will NOT be able to provide food & drink services outside the posted schedule. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
