The Three day Annual Float Festival started at Sri Kodanda Rama Swamy sanctuary with the processional divinity of Lord Rama, Seetha and Lakshmana parade.

Later, the divinities were mounted on the beautifully lit up Float, and were towed around the blessed tank in the midst of high voltage religious enthusiasm at night. Countless enthusiasts congregated on the blessed ventures of the temple, hours ahead of time to witness the divine and brilliant buoy celebration.

While asthana vidwans of TTD played the nadaswaram the temple authorities droned vedic mantras for 60 minutes adding gaeity and devotion to the occasion.
