The Madras high court on Monday issued notice to super star Rajinikanth, on a common suit documented by a film lender expressing that the performer had neglected to act against his Son in-law’s father Kasthooriraja, who had acquired cash in July 2012. Equity K Ravichandrabaabu, before whom the application filed by S Mukanchand Bothra came up for hearing on Monday, issued notification to both Rajinikanth and Kasthooriraja.
Bothra, in his appeal, presented that he had paid 65 lakh in two installments to Kasthooriraja, yet his checks for the aggregate had been returned for need of stores. The arguments recorded against him for shamed checks are pending in the witness of a justice court in George Town, he said.
Dragging Rajinikanth into the issue, the agent said the performer was mindful that Kasthooriraja “misused” his name while getting the total, however had not acted against him. There is each probability and suspicion of tricky exercises between the two, he guaranteed, including that the court must direct Rajinikanth to make a move against Kasthooriraja.
