Good news to Telugu people in New Zealand to teach Telugu to your kids.
New Zealand Telugu Association is planning to launch a telugu learning programme ‘Mana Badi’ from Academic Year 2014 (February) with the help of Siliconandhra organisation.
The minimum learning age for this programme is 4 years (No maximum age limit). The children need to spend 2 hours in a class room per week. The children can learn telugu up to Rachana Vyasangam (full extent).
This programme is recognised by Sri. Potti Sriramulu Telugu University.
Mr. Sitaram Salvaji came forward to become a volunteer for this programme. ‘New Zealand Telugu Association’ is looking for some more volunteers to help teach Telugu. The parents who are interested to join their children and want to know further information or people who want to become volunteer please contact NZTA Executive Committee.
