MP tests positive for swine flu

Swine influenza, which is harmful in Hyderabad, is spreading all over Andhra Pradesh likewise with a couple of cases being accounted for consistently. The most recent to test positive to swine influenza is Lok Sabha Member from Araku Kothapalli Geetha.

Her swab test report was gotten from IPM, Hyderabad late on Sunday night, District Medical and Health Officer J. Sarojini said on Monday morning.

Ms. Geetha experienced indications of swine influenza as she was going to the city from New Delhi three days prior. She went straight to the Queen’s NRI Hospital from the airplane terminal and got herself conceded. Aftereffect of the swab test done on her demonstrated positive to swine influenza. “Ms. Geetha is experiencing treatment at the clinic and she is recuperating”, Dr. Sarojini said.

This was the fourth swine influenza case recorded in the city so far not long from now
