No More water War between AP and TGA

A day after police staff of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh got into a physical altercation at the Nagarjuna Sagar Dam over an offering of water of dam, CMs of both states have met today at Raj Bhavan in the vicinity of Governor ESL Narasimhan. It’s learnt that both Chandrababu Naidu and KCR have arrived at an agreeable arrangement over water imparting of the dam that is placed between Guntur area of AP and Nalgonda region of Telangana.

According to reports, Governor Narasimhan had initially met both CMs independently and later held a gathering together with them. Clearly, Governor advised both Chief Ministers to keep aside the issues of both states and determination the issue of water offering. On account of AP CM Chandrababu Naidu who started dialog first by calling KCR on Friday night and examined the circumstances and communicated status to determine the issue.


The Government of Telangana has at last consented to impart 10 TMCs of water to AP till March 31. Additionally, KCR has consented to determine water issues that may emerge future over talks. Indeed Governor had purportedly advised CMs to desert the past and asked to proceed onward to which both have given their assent. Irrigation Ministers of Telangana and AP, Harish Rao and Devineni Uma, issued a joint explanation to media expressing that they will together act for individuals of both Telugu-talking states.

Earlier, Harish Rao had said that his government would try its hardest to secure standing yields in Nalgonda and Khammam locale, asserting that Andhra Pradesh had officially utilized water as a part of abundance of its impart. Then, the Andhra Pradesh government blamed Telangana for enjoying “provocative” activities. Devineni Uma had said Andhra Pradesh government has officially given letters  and he himself addresses Harish Rao on the issue. He said Andhra Pradesh is using water according to extend savvy allotments made by Bachawat recompense . The pastor affirmed that halting of water by Telangana severely hit edits in Guntur and Prakasam regions.
