Shankar are well on the way to collaborate for the third time in a yet-untitled Tamil venture, which is at present in discussion stage. The producers of late Tamil blockbuster “Kaththi” are relied upon to bolster the task fiscally. “It is not known whether Rajinikanth and Shankar are teaming up for ‘Enthiran 2’, however they are liable to meet up for an undertaking soon. Lyca, the makers of “Kaththi” will create this venture,” said a source.

Clearly, Shankar had approached on-screen character movie producer Kamal Haasan to be a piece of the venture also. “Kamal sir was approached however he turned down the offer for obscure reasons. He was even portrayed the story,” the source said. Shankar now wants to rope in performer Vikram. Rajinikanth and Shankar had already worked in two blockbusters, Sivaji and Enthiran.
