Srisailam is getting ready for ugadi celebrations

Telugu New Year Sri Manmadha Nama Samvatsara Ugadi festivals will be held in the celebrated Sri Bhramarambha Mallikharjuna Swamy temple in Srisailam from March 18 to 22. As indicated by temple executive officer Sagar Babu, extraordinary pujas will be performed to the principle god Mallikharjuna Swamy and His partner Sri Bhramarambha Devi.

The Goddess will be beautified in extraordinary clothing on all the days amid the festivals. The celebration will start on March 18 with Sri Vigneswara puja, Siva Sankalpam, Chandishwara puja etc. From March 19 to 22, Chandiswara puja, Rudra homam, Chandi homam, kumkumarchana and Kalyanam will be held. The festivals will finish up on March 22.
